Fire Your Coach is built around training memory. That means we handle your account, workout, readiness, plan, and feedback data to run the product. We do not sell your personal data or use your training log for third-party advertising.

Information We Collect

We collect the information needed to create your account, run your training, and support the service.

  • Account data: email address, sign-in method, session tokens, and beta or review-account access state.
  • Training data: plans, workouts, exercises, sets, reps, loads, completion state, protocol work, readiness, soreness, notes, deviations, swaps, skips, and session duration.
  • Imported or generated plan data: CSV content, intake answers, constraints, goals, equipment, and plan-generation context when you use those web features.
  • Feedback and support: messages you send through feedback forms, support email, or review channels.
  • Technical data: request IDs, IP address, device/browser/app information, error logs, and basic analytics events for reliability, abuse prevention, and product improvement.

How We Use It

We use your data to authenticate you, show your training surfaces, save sessions, adapt sessions when readiness changes, remember what worked between plans, provide support, prevent abuse, debug reliability issues, and improve the product.

When you ask Fire Your Coach to generate or adapt a plan, relevant training context may be sent to model providers to produce the requested output. We do not sell training data, and we do not use it for ad targeting.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to operate Fire Your Coach: hosting and database providers, email delivery, analytics, error monitoring, AI model providers for requested generation features, and Apple or Google when you choose their sign-in option.

Apple and Google handle their own account services under their own privacy terms. You can read the Apple Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy directly.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users, or to protect the service from abuse.

iOS App Data

The iOS app stores your session token securely on the device and uses local storage for active workout drafts, rest timers, and failed completion retries. Local notifications are used for rest timers. The MVP does not request Apple Health, Watch, Whoop, location, contacts, camera, or microphone access.

Analytics

The marketing website uses Google Analytics to understand page visits and funnel performance. Product analytics are limited to product operation and improvement. We keep analytics away from direct plan content, notes, and personal contact fields wherever event design allows.

Deletion And Retention

You can delete your account from the iOS app under Settings, or contact support@fireyourcoach.co. Account deletion removes user-owned training data from active systems. Some backups, logs, and legal records may persist for a limited period before aging out.

Need help first? The support page explains sign-in, TestFlight, account deletion, and where to send a support request.

Your Choices

You can sign out, delete your account, choose whether to grant local notification permission, and decide whether to use Apple, Google, or email-code sign-in. You can also avoid plan generation and use Fire Your Coach strictly as a training execution and memory surface.

Contact

For privacy, support, or deletion questions, email support@fireyourcoach.co. You can also learn how the product handles training memory on the memory page or how workout tracking works on the tracking page.
