Use this page for account, iOS, TestFlight, workout logging, deletion, and privacy help. For product feedback from inside the app, the Settings feedback entry goes straight to the team.
Sign-In Help
Fire Your Coach supports email code sign-in, Sign in with Apple, and Google sign-in. If an email code is delayed, request a new code and use the latest message. If Apple or Google sign-in fails, email support with the time, device, and sign-in method.
iOS And TestFlight
For TestFlight issues, include your iPhone model, iOS version, TestFlight build number, and what screen you were on. Locked-phone rest notifications require local notification permission on the device. Apple's TestFlight overview explains the beta-testing system.
Workout Data
If a planned or freestyle session does not save, do not uninstall immediately. The iOS app keeps a local completion outbox so failed saves can retry with the same idempotency key instead of duplicating session logs.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account from iOS Settings in the app. You can also contact support@fireyourcoach.co. See the privacy policy for what deletion removes and what may remain temporarily in logs or backups.
Plan Generation
Intake, plan generation, and CSV imports live in the web app for this first iOS cut. The iOS app is the gym execution surface. See ChatGPT workout plan handoff and workout tracking for how the system fits together.
Billing
Fire Your Coach is free during alpha. There is no credit card flow in the current product, and support will not ask for payment details.

Email support@fireyourcoach.co. Include the account email, device, build number, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords; Fire Your Coach does not use them.
